There were many growth opportunities for me with a cross-border project, depending on my assigned role and project. I found that my manager was capable and supportive, which allowed me to explore even more opportunities and gain valuable experience. Overall, it was a great experience with many chances to learn and grow.

Cons

If you are the type of employee who only does what your manager tells you to do, you limit your ability to fully enjoy the job.
