Growing pains typical of startups that grow this fast, some employees over promoted at middle management level and quite a few mishires this past year as we define the culture and what type of employees we need at this pivotal stage, can feel extremely stressful for those who don't work well under pressure and expect training and onboarding programs. This company is not a place for everyone and if you don't like to be pushed, deal with ambiguity and constant change this may not be the place for you.
