CEO has no focus or direction. So the board brings in a new president to "FIX" things..... surprise no one vetted this man. He has scathing reviews all over glass door from his previous companies. How he passed a HRs review is beyond me. For a company so focused on people and culture this was a hard miss. I imagine a continued exodus will plague TE until either this new leadership is gone or reformed.
