      The environment is second to none. Everyone here has one mentality and that is to succeed above expectations. I have yet to meet one person who is not willing to communicate nor help when needed.

      Cons

      Can have some long days that will wear you out. Patience will be tested from time to time, have to have internal strength to make it.
