Pros

Working at TQL has been an exciting and positive experience. I was looking for a job that encourages collaboration and teamwork. Growth was also a main factor of my job search. TQL promotes all of these ideas and there truly is no limit to growth. I feel like I have been truly supported in my journey here and the environment is better than any others I have experienced. Overall, if you are willing to work hard and put in the work TQL will be a great place for you.

Cons

Can be a slow process to having your own customers

Pros

TQL gives me the opportunity to feel like an entrepreneur while still having the support and resources of a large company. I run my own book of business, build customer relationships, and have direct control over my success. The company's core values and principles align closely with my own, so it often feels no different than running my own business. The leadership team is another major strength. From management to executive leadership, there is a genuine desire to see employees succeed. As long as you're willing to put in the effort, stay coachable, and maintain a positive attitude, you'll find plenty of support, training, and guidance to help you grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

At the end of the day, TQL is a sales organization, and success requires a strong work ethic, resilience, and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers. The expectations are high, and the role can be demanding at times. However, if you're looking for a career in sales, that's the nature of the industry. For the right person, the challenge is more of an opportunity than a drawback. Those who are competitive, coachable, and willing to put in the effort can build a very rewarding career here.
