The commission based pay scale allows you to double and triple your salary in a relatively short amount of time (2 - 3 years). The training program and management at TQL does everything neccesary to set employess up for that success.
Cons
It is a big committment and not for everyone. To be successful you have to have a drive to excel and an impeccable work ethich. You are available 24/7 to your customers and carriers so calls in the middle of the night can be considered a downside.
