Pros
Total Quality Logistics is a young environment where I work with my best friends. The potential for earning is unlimited all you have to do it put in the work. Although it is a competitive environment there is a genuine team approach and someone is always willing to help if you need it. This company provides you with all the tools for success all you have to do is put in the effort.
Cons
Some of the downsides of working at Total Quality Logistics are that it is a 24 hr job. I am on call to all my customers around the clock and although I do not recieve a lot of after hours call they do happen. This job involves a lot of stress dealing with both customers and carriers because you essentially accept responsibility for a carrier and their actions are not in your control.
