Pros
Uncapped commissions at the account executive position. The sales staff is predominantly millennials.
Cons
Limited opportunity to earn high commissions due to internal competition/rules of engagement. Simply put there is not enough to go around, especially with over 4200 employees now. The account executive position is advertised as “salary plus commission” this is a perfect example of the bait and switch manipulation. As the account executive must first earn commission to cover the bi-weekly salary compensation prior to earning any additional commission. Essentially operating under a forgiving draw. This position is also responsible for collecting payments and are allotted only 75 days to do so or the company acquires 100% of the commission. Do not fall for the accolades and reviews employees are "strongly encouraged" to complete these surveys and reviews in a positive light. The biggest con is the company does not put their employees first, instead they solely focus on the bottom line and will do whatever is needed to increase profits to ensure senior leadership is paid out on their bonuses. Including going against their very own principles and values such as integrity and being forthright about confrontation. This company has made a fortune exploiting young millennials to move up in management and open new locations all for little or no extra compensation outside of the commission the individual is already acquiring on their own sales. Once a “leader” is burnt out they are removed and simply replaced by the next young inspired millennial moving up the corporate ladder.
