Pros

Laid back environment, young and fun. Motto; work hard, play hard Go to many sporting events and events around community What YOU put in is what YOU get out. No one else is accountable. Unlimited earning potential Run your own business--you decide what area or type of business you want to work with It is what you make of it--if you want to make a lot of money, be here and put in the time.. if not, you will make less than average. Great training program--6 months and mentors provided to ensure your success. All veterans and managers WANT each person to succeed. TQL pays for you to have your own assistant, even 2 if you are making enough. HELPING you to reach your highest earning potential

Cons

24 hour "on call." But, when you were running your own business, wouldn't you be available 24 hours? Calls typically take 2 seconds to answer and are from a TQL employee. Working during any vacation days (depends on customers/demand) but why wouldn't you work? If I'm not working on vacation, I'm not making money.

Pros

Fast paced, high ROI, great income upside

Cons

It's sales, it's a grind, and it's certainly not for those who lack motivation or drive.

Pros

Great company to work for if you thrive in a fast-paced environment. The uncapped earning potential provides strong motivation and rewards hard work. Management emphasizes teamwork, creating a supportive culture where everyone works together to succeed. The company also offers excellent training, helping employees develop their skills and grow professionally. Overall, a great place for driven individuals looking to build a successful sales career

Cons

Working in sales isn't easy—it requires long hours, consistent hard work, and the ability to handle rejection on a daily basis. While the job can be challenging, it can also be incredibly rewarding for those who stay persistent and maintain a positive attitude.
