Pros
**The Columbus branch has a great work environment - we have a lot of fun during the day, but put in a lot of work. The days will fly by before you realize it's already 5pm. **There is no cap on commission - the more you revenue you bring in, the higher your paycheck. **TQL promotes heavily from within, so the possibility of advancement is pretty high. Also, with the newer satellite office locations being added, you have an opportunity to start up your own office anywhere within the US. **The IT dept is top notch and improvements are continually made to our systems to make the salespeople more efficient.
Cons
**This isn't the type of job where you walk in the door and make $100K+/year. You need to put in a lot of hours and even then success might not happen. **The work/life balance gets better the longer you work here, but early on you will be putting in a lot of hours and you can expect calls at night (typically just a quick question that can be answered easily). **Vacation days are typically limited to long weekends - you can't miss too many days or your business/revenue will reflect it. Not to say that you never get days off, but you are making a commitment to starting and running your own business, so you need to have the work ethic of an entrepreneur.
