Pros
generally you work with some awesome people. Building is very nice. Potential to make a great salary while you are young
Cons
turnover at TQL is really high. probably close to 75% of peopl who start there are no longer there after 1 year. this is not an exaggeration. They fire people constantly and you will be under the constant threat of being fired while working there. Basically, they take 20 people, throw them into the pot and hope that 3-5 will make it. you will learn that they can actually make more money by letting people go. Training and job feedback are very poor. You work 60 hour weeks and get 4 company vacation days a year. In their defense you should know this if you start working.
