Pros
Uncapped earning potential and the ability to earn great pay in a relatively short amount of time. Ability to move up into a Lead or Management role in an organization that almost exclusively promotes from within. Relaxed company culture that allows people to be themselves at work and promotes great team building activities in and out of the office. Management that is very available to speak with anytime and is going to push you towards your goals, genuinely want you to succeed. Great training program, which continues past the initial 6 months with leadership development.
Cons
Working hours will be long (50-60 hrs/wk), especially in the first 1-2 years while developing a clientele, and a limited amount of paid time off during that time too. However, if someone realistically wants to make 100K+ in 3 or 4 years, they should probably anticipate working that much or more in any organization. Base pay is low during the initial training/sales ramp up.
