Pros
In the CSR and LS department, the schedule flexibility can't be beat. I can keep hours that don't fit into the traditional 9-5 box and still have a full three days off.
Cons
There are a lot of differences from broker to broker and customer to customer. When you're a middle man's middle man, in the middle of the night trying to figure out which way is up and no one's answering their phones, it's real easy to drop the ball whether you mean to or not.
