Pros
The culture here is like no other place I have ever worked. The comradery is second only to my expierience in the Marine Corps. If you have a strong work ethic and a drive to be successful this is the place to go. Here we make our own luck and don't look for hand outs. We have fun doing it and TQL reinvests it's profits back into the company through prizes, give aways, gifts, and happy hours. TQL has been the opportunity that I needed to jump ahead of my peers. This company continues to grow very quickly and it's been very exciting to be apart of all of it. I don't ever plan on leaving!
Cons
To get ahead you need to commit yourself to a schedule that puts you in that position. You will have to sacrifice personal time to put yourself in position to be successful here. But with uncapped commission there is no "ceiling" to the opportunities here.
