Pros
Earning potential. Incentives. Training is out of this world. The leadership is just down right spot on, they truly care about what happens in this office and want to only see the best for their employees and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you feel apart of the team. If you have an issue, then you can address it openly or privately and you will be accepted for it. By far one of THE best, if not THE best place that I have worked for. There are so many chances for everyone to do things as a group and people want to. You develop friendships and find comfort in those that you work with because you know you have someone else to lean on if you need help in any area.
Cons
You have to be able to put in the hours, time and dedication to do this job. If you can't, then this isn't the position for you to begin with.
