Pros

Opportunity to make great, new friends. You determine how much you make... technically. Management is strict but fair. You know your expectations when you walk into the door. Lastly, you will become an expert problem solver if anything after doing this job for a year. Thank you TQL for the opportunity!

Cons

High turnover. You literally have to make a hundred calls a day or your goals will not be met. You feel obliged to work an absurd amount of hours and in reality end up working for less than minimum wage at first. Commission is sketchy at best in terms of actually seeing the money you worked for... If you get hired you will know what I'm talking about. In the end, TQL sees its employees as just another number. You will be appreciative of what you learned at TQL whether you worked there for 6 months or 6 years. You get a grasp of what "the real world" is all about.

Pros

Incredibly welcoming community of people who will support you, motivate you, and guide you. The HQ facility is a wonderful place to work. It features a great number of amenities at any employee's disposal. The training received here is also second to none.

Cons

Many hours worked throughout a week.

Pros

TQL is definitely the place where you actually learn about the job and build your skills each day at a time. There are good amount of leaders and staff that will take care of you and make sure you are successful. TQL is also a place where you are surrounded by an amazing team that will learn and succeed with you. I’d like to call TQL a “school” where you actually learn about logistics thoroughly. I’ve started off as an LAET then moved my way to account support. My time at TQL was a great run. The office was definitely not an average corporate office for sure!

Cons

The con of this company wouldn’t be as negative as I would state it, but it is highly competitive and super demanding. It is competitive with sales and progress you will make throughout your time there. Performance is measured that way.
