Pros
Opportunity to make great, new friends. You determine how much you make... technically. Management is strict but fair. You know your expectations when you walk into the door. Lastly, you will become an expert problem solver if anything after doing this job for a year. Thank you TQL for the opportunity!
Cons
High turnover. You literally have to make a hundred calls a day or your goals will not be met. You feel obliged to work an absurd amount of hours and in reality end up working for less than minimum wage at first. Commission is sketchy at best in terms of actually seeing the money you worked for... If you get hired you will know what I'm talking about. In the end, TQL sees its employees as just another number. You will be appreciative of what you learned at TQL whether you worked there for 6 months or 6 years. You get a grasp of what "the real world" is all about.
