Pros
The coworkers were very friendly and helpful, they do a great job of preparing you for what is ahead when you're on your own account. The management is the same way, very quick to reach out to you if they think there is an issue or you are struggling. They are also very approachable and easy to talk to, an ideal branch manager. You are very independent once you're on your own account, you can go in any direction you want.
Cons
They are very strict about their office hours, don't be late at all. Normally you will work every other Saturday, but it's not terribly difficult, just a few hours and it's normally slow. It's a grind, can be stressful and long hours, but there is the opportunity for growth there. People who aren't used to long hours, or demanding work will definitely not enjoy working here. They also make you eat lunch at your desk, they don't force you to but it's implied.
