Pros
Unlimited commission potential and working with some exceptional co-workers made it a great experience. The reinvestment in technology and the tools provided to Account Executives help towards generating new business and are better than many competitors within the industry. Growth geographically was a bonus in that you can work from any office within that city if needed without taking vacation days. Benefits were solid and the company made attempts to keep the atmosphere light yet motivational.
Cons
The company would still be considered a Best Places to Work, however rapid expansion has come at the price of questionable selection of future leadership. Although the environment itself is autonomous, decisions were being made at the corporate level that weren't being properly communicated to those at the branch or satellite office level. Culture was changing as well as the infrastructure, which is always needed in a company trying to grow exponentially but again the selection of leadership at the regional and satellite level was being diluted.
