Pros

It is a fun environment for right out of college grads. You get to drink which is PROMOTED every Friday. Great idea to serve alcohol to the sales people before they drive home TQL.

Cons

Complete battling for clients. Not only will you have to battle for the sale, but you have to battle your coworkers in disputes. Great environment right? 100+ call per day or your GSM (mind you who does nothign ALL day but sits in his/her office and count how many calls people are making) will be breathing down your back. If you do not put up any numbers in your first 2 months, see ya later. Turnover rate is higher than any company out there. This place is meat grinder. Management TELLS employees and HR to get on this sight and post good reviews to outweigh the negative reviews. This is 100% truth, i was told by GSMs and HR, "lets get the reviews up to make us look better, but space the postings apart so it doesn't look like we asked you to do this" NO LIES HERE. I was in upper management, worked at this company for 5 years. 5 years of my life, gone and wasted. Do yourself a favor, WHEN a recruiter calls you for a job interview, which they will because they will hire anyone, tell them to go fly a kite. You do not need an education to work at this place. If monkeys could speak English, they could handle the phones. That is how easily replaceable you are. You are nothign but a number to upper management and they do not care about your life. There are a bunch of children working at this company, from upper management down, Children who are granted power to run sales teams and all of a sudden their attitudes change and they think they are the big shots of the show. Slow your role. If you are a lady, good luck getting a job, and if you do get a job, good luck not being instant messaged by 100 guys a day asking how you are doing and what your plans are this weekend. This place is a fraternity. I have been to multiple offices, and sat in on plenty of presentations where the statement "this is our most diverse location and this is our most successful location in the company" was stated. News flash you said that about 6 other times Ralph. If you are a white male, walk in and say you are money motivated and you got yourself a job for about 8 months. Anyone else, good luck going through 4-5 interviews with children granted the power to tell you no.

Pros

Money, Reward, Work-ethic, Culture, Friends This job is like farming. Every day you come in early, sow the seeds, water the grounds, and care for the farm until the sun sets. Then you wake up and do it again. You don't entirely control whether the crops grow - you're dependent on the sun and environment. However, you do control whether the crops die - if you refuse to water and to wake up early to nurture it. If you can sharpen your work ethic to optimize your work inputs (calls, conversations, leads, education, preparation), then you can make a reasonable bet that you will reap abundance just like the farmer makes the same bet. This was my chance to replace 3 jobs and finally have the opportunity to be paid according to my work ethic. And it is just that - it's not a job, not job security, it's not perfect, but it's an opportunity to change your life and make a lot of money and to be paid according to your work ethic. I've never seen more money than I have while working here. There are certainly some struggles, difficulties, and challenges, but it's nothing different than you'd find in other intense, high-reward, high-risk sales jobs.

Cons

Stress, Goals, Work Life Balance
