Pros
This is not my first sales job. I have worked for other companies who promised a high upside if X,Y, and Z was being done each day. The sale cliche of "you get what you put into it" was thrown out all the time. The problem was there were people doing those thing yet no one was making a real living for themselves. It was going through the motions, maybe making some commission here and there. At TQL, it is completely the opposite. If you want to work hard and be successful, it is there for the taking. It is a place where you truly are rewarded for the effort you bring to the office each day. Yes, it is not easy, but this company gives you an opportunity to love what you do and make great income. -Upside - The industry is booming. You have the opportunity to build your business as quickly as you would like. -Income - Quick potential. Unlimited potential. -Culture - Great team atmosphere. Everybody helps everybody. We are invested in the success of the company and the office while additionally building our income
Cons
-Long hours - You have to do whatever it takes to build your business. This may include sacrificing different matters in your normal schedule. Customers may need trucks late hours, trucks may have issues late hours that need to be addressed, or you may just want to simply reach out to different prospects beyond normal hours because sometimes that is what it takes. -Stressful - Issues on the road happen on a normal basis, so being able to handle stress is key. Customers can become unhappy and demanding. Staying even keel is critical for your long term well being.
