Pros

-Awesome Atmosphere with the new office! -Great Coworkers -They understand that this is a hard job and try hard to do things to ease the process (Competitions, Music, training, outside work activities). - The opportunity to make money is real, BUT understand it will takes TIME, PATIENTS, and the ability to put up with a lot of B.S.

Cons

-low base...use to be a draw -Insurance is kind of high for a "2 billion dollar company." -Will only get a total of 7 vacation days ALL YEAR (first 2 in first 6 months-5 after) - Human resources is below average for the following reasons: - Managers frown upon leaving your desk and taking a proper lunch break - Good luck trying to take more than 3 vacation days in a row..at ANY given time - Keyboards sits uncomfortably on a flat counter with the CPU on the ground - Uncomfortable chairs (no lumbar, cushion support, ETC) despite working 10+ hour days. - You will be asked to work 40+ hours a week (M-F) and ever other Saturday (for no extra pay) - The market is saturated, in regards of getting new customers...though it is still possible to be success at it if you work hard enough. - You cant start making commission until ATLEAST 6 months - Commission can take up to 45 days to be paid out - High Turnover rate (that's why the base is so low). - losing or gaining ONE account can make or break you!

Pros

Money, Reward, Work-ethic, Culture, Friends This job is like farming. Every day you come in early, sow the seeds, water the grounds, and care for the farm until the sun sets. Then you wake up and do it again. You don't entirely control whether the crops grow - you're dependent on the sun and environment. However, you do control whether the crops die - if you refuse to water and to wake up early to nurture it. If you can sharpen your work ethic to optimize your work inputs (calls, conversations, leads, education, preparation), then you can make a reasonable bet that you will reap abundance just like the farmer makes the same bet. This was my chance to replace 3 jobs and finally have the opportunity to be paid according to my work ethic. And it is just that - it's not a job, not job security, it's not perfect, but it's an opportunity to change your life and make a lot of money and to be paid according to your work ethic. I've never seen more money than I have while working here. There are certainly some struggles, difficulties, and challenges, but it's nothing different than you'd find in other intense, high-reward, high-risk sales jobs.

Cons

Stress, Goals, Work Life Balance
