Pros

You really have the opportunity to learn and develop crucial skills that are essential for building a successful career beyond TQL. I will never regret taking the position for this fact. I can't begin to describe the overall personal improvements gained from my time at TQL. No position will give you the opportunity to see both the best and worst aspects of the job world, as well as instilling an incredible work ethic and a key emphasis on details in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, this was almost all TQL has to offer. Depending on your personality, you could thrive in the work environment or absolutely despise it. My office was very fratty, for lack of a better word. I know that it caused direct issues with multiple members of our female staff. Everyone is extremely micro-managed for the most part. Inner office politics will have you pulling your hair out by 8 months. Ridiculous turnover rates. Employees are absolutely mistreated and under valued on a daily basis. Most of the other reviews you find are recruiters and sales team leaders who are directed to leave positive reviews to weight out the bad. Even if you are part of the extremely rare and small percent of employees to receive a commission check, you find yourself constantly checking customer payments to make sure TQL is going to pay out for that pay period. Extremely unprofessional and cancerous management which creates unprofessionalism throughout the company for the fact that all promotions are done from within. It just creates a pipeline of management acting in the same behavior as their buddies who promoted them.

Pros

Money, Reward, Work-ethic, Culture, Friends This job is like farming. Every day you come in early, sow the seeds, water the grounds, and care for the farm until the sun sets. Then you wake up and do it again. You don't entirely control whether the crops grow - you're dependent on the sun and environment. However, you do control whether the crops die - if you refuse to water and to wake up early to nurture it. If you can sharpen your work ethic to optimize your work inputs (calls, conversations, leads, education, preparation), then you can make a reasonable bet that you will reap abundance just like the farmer makes the same bet. This was my chance to replace 3 jobs and finally have the opportunity to be paid according to my work ethic. And it is just that - it's not a job, not job security, it's not perfect, but it's an opportunity to change your life and make a lot of money and to be paid according to your work ethic. I've never seen more money than I have while working here. There are certainly some struggles, difficulties, and challenges, but it's nothing different than you'd find in other intense, high-reward, high-risk sales jobs.

Cons

Stress, Goals, Work Life Balance
