Pros

There is indeed unbridled potential in the company. Many of these reviews are correct, it is a grind, "60+ hours a week in the beginning" but the money and potential are there.. with some exceptions. #1 Better make sure Management likes you, #2 trust almost no one, # 3 pay attention, and look for closed doors. they happen often, and usually it's gossip and scheming behind them. #4 they lie- it's never about the #'s, it's about who's side you are on #5 not a team work mentality, it's kill or be killed #5 expect judgment on every level #6 don't expect leadership to be involved with your development or success, but believe me, when/if you do make it, they will take all the credit.

Cons

Liars, cheaters, and judgment. Prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. Management takes when they feel like they can gain something from it, and will roll you over at the drop of a hat when it benefits them even more.

Pros

Money, Reward, Work-ethic, Culture, Friends This job is like farming. Every day you come in early, sow the seeds, water the grounds, and care for the farm until the sun sets. Then you wake up and do it again. You don't entirely control whether the crops grow - you're dependent on the sun and environment. However, you do control whether the crops die - if you refuse to water and to wake up early to nurture it. If you can sharpen your work ethic to optimize your work inputs (calls, conversations, leads, education, preparation), then you can make a reasonable bet that you will reap abundance just like the farmer makes the same bet. This was my chance to replace 3 jobs and finally have the opportunity to be paid according to my work ethic. And it is just that - it's not a job, not job security, it's not perfect, but it's an opportunity to change your life and make a lot of money and to be paid according to your work ethic. I've never seen more money than I have while working here. There are certainly some struggles, difficulties, and challenges, but it's nothing different than you'd find in other intense, high-reward, high-risk sales jobs.

Cons

Stress, Goals, Work Life Balance
