      The people are one of the best assets. Management always says they invest in 2 things - people & technology - and that is the truth.

      Cons

      Being in a non-sales position, you are working in a sales centric world, but that is to be expected. After all, the work that brokers do pay for my salary. While it can be hard for some to accept it, it is a reality.
