its really hard to come up with anything that is a true con. What I can say is that this company expects their employees to be professionals and carry out their core principles. If your not willing to put in extra hours, and go the extra distance for you and your customers, then this is not the right place for you. For those that are willing to work hard and consistently push forward no matter the obstacle placed in front of them, TQL will feel like home.
