      Pros

      Company culture, rewards and recognition for hard work/success, trips to HQ, happy hours/events. Management is approachable and understanding. It is easy to network within other departments as well. This is the best place I have worked in general, but definitely for recruiting.

      Cons

      Not so much a downside for me as I am a hard worker, but it's a grind. As anyone should expect in a self-motivated, recruiting role.

      Can't even begin to say how many positive thing I have to say about this company! -Company Culture amazing -Excellent training program -High earning potential for motivated employees -Opportunities for career advancement

      -Fast-paced and demanding at times -Can require long hours, especially when building your book of business, but the reward is so worth it
