My overall experience at TQL has been very good. The opportunity to make a lot money is definitely there. While most people enter logistics with almost no knowledge of the industry TQL makes sure you are well prepared for sales through learning modules, mentorships, and 1 on 1 coaching sessions. All the leaders are very hands on whenever you ask for help. The office environment is very lively and there are often great in office and out of office events that help keep the office community tightly knit.
