Pros
TQL is a great company that gives you plenty of tools to be successful. In my 5 years here, I have seen plenty people come and go. One thing I can say is that it is NOT an easy job, but if you are willing to learn the industry and put in the work, there is no reason why you can't be extremely successful. Is it difficult? At times. Can the job be frustrating? Sure, what job isn't. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Culture is amazing, we do plenty of team outings, prizes, raffles, etc. The Tampa office is right on top of American Social on Harbour Island which makes it very convenient for team happy hours. Everyone is friendly and is willing to help newcomers out because we have ALL been in their shoes.
Cons
I wouldn't necessarily say this is a "Con" but its hard work. You have to be willing to put the time an effort in to be successful here.
