      They give you all the tools you need to be successful. Everyone will readily answer and help you with any questions you have. Most of the people around you have gone through the same thing you have and are willing to offer advice.

      Cons

      During the interview process they will stress to you the grind that you are about to go through. It is real. If you are willing to put the work in and go above and beyond you shouldnt have an issue.
