Pros
The company has grown tremendously in the last five years. It is an exciting place to work with a ton of upside for both Sales and Support roles. You can be wildly successful at TQL without having the background of a typical businessperson. If you are a throw-yourself-into-things-100% kind of person that will serve you in a Sales role far more than typical line items on a resume. If you have more of a traditional business background, there are plenty of great opportunities within Sales Support side to lead teams and improve systems. I have been with the company for three years and have received every resource I have requested that has logical reasoning.
Cons
There are a lot of tenured leaders in the organization - which has a lot of value but can also contribute to homogeneous thinking, a lack of broader business perspective and skittishness about doing things differently. Have seen improvements in this with external hires and maturing in business thinking from some of the long-time TQL leaders.
