TQL gives me the opportunity to feel like an entrepreneur while still having the support and resources of a large company. I run my own book of business, build customer relationships, and have direct control over my success. The company's core values and principles align closely with my own, so it often feels no different than running my own business. The leadership team is another major strength. From management to executive leadership, there is a genuine desire to see employees succeed.
