Pros

lots of employee engagement-monthly potlucks, family events such as picnics, annual Easter &xmas event with free photos etc.

Cons

There are 3000+sales reps and only 10-15 contract/insurance staff responsible for updating ALL insurance certain for them and 110,000 carriers that still send updates even if they currently working with a broker. sales is clueless for the most part when it comes to the actual functions of other depts and time sensitive emails often go to the wrong place initially due to their own error and they then tend to act unprofessionally when told it was just received and is processed on a first come first serve basis. Sales staff is generally very rude and entitled when talking to other depts and there feels like a huge divide between the company's feel of overall togetherness and team work.

Pros

Money, Reward, Work-ethic, Culture, Friends This job is like farming. Every day you come in early, sow the seeds, water the grounds, and care for the farm until the sun sets. Then you wake up and do it again. You don't entirely control whether the crops grow - you're dependent on the sun and environment. However, you do control whether the crops die - if you refuse to water and to wake up early to nurture it. If you can sharpen your work ethic to optimize your work inputs (calls, conversations, leads, education, preparation), then you can make a reasonable bet that you will reap abundance just like the farmer makes the same bet. This was my chance to replace 3 jobs and finally have the opportunity to be paid according to my work ethic. And it is just that - it's not a job, not job security, it's not perfect, but it's an opportunity to change your life and make a lot of money and to be paid according to your work ethic. I've never seen more money than I have while working here. There are certainly some struggles, difficulties, and challenges, but it's nothing different than you'd find in other intense, high-reward, high-risk sales jobs.

Cons

Stress, Goals, Work Life Balance
