Pros

Other employees are easy to get along with and make you feel welcomed.

Cons

the pay is LOW for the folks like myself who have all of the proper certs, they often also mess up on the pay checks as well. and when there is an error it wont be corrected until the next pay check , i have personally missed 5 days worth of pay and was told "oh its fine it will go on to the next check". for some that may be okay, but for the pay rate I'm at i live pay check to pay check literally and cant afford to go a whole week without a pay check. Also I'm told the pay CAP is 25/hr well giving the line of profession that number in my eyes and others i work with all seem to agree that the pay cap itself isn't even where the base pay should be when the base pay should be around the $30/hr range. also there is really never any Raises given out i believe a co worker of mine just got his first one after 7 years worth of employment. Just seems as if you would want to give your guys doing some honest hard work some compensation and incentives to stay an employee at the company

Pros

- Very involved upper management from senior manger to president Nacey. They respond to feedback and genuinely listen to their managers. - Responsive, thorough, and friendly HR Department. - Great communication of goals and expectations, as well follow-up to stay on track.

Cons

- Extreme penny pinching; the boots on the ground do not have the equipment, ppe, and resources they need. Every request with any financial burden at all is met with pushback, even if the request is clearly necessary. Pay raises are not given, even for employees with phenomenal reviews. It's very clear that everyone is viewed as easily replaceable. - Everyone is overworked. Long hours with no pay raises for years is the standard. - Burnout seems to happen at every level.
