      Pros

      I enjoyed the small team that I worked with for the short time that they were all there.

      Cons

      Where to start? - No internal structure to speak of. People revolve in this company more than any other and you never know from one week to the next who will be there. - Management could care less. They state that they "want" to make it better but take no action to do so. - Besides my direct team, everyone will stab you in the back and throw you under the bus just to save themselves, even if you didn't do anything wrong. It's literally a dog-eat-dog culture. - Broken promises are rampant. Promised raises, promotions, etc are a regular occurrence with no follow through. Don't trust them at all.

      Pros

      - Very involved upper management from senior manger to president Nacey. They respond to feedback and genuinely listen to their managers. - Responsive, thorough, and friendly HR Department. - Great communication of goals and expectations, as well follow-up to stay on track.

      Cons

      - Extreme penny pinching; the boots on the ground do not have the equipment, ppe, and resources they need. Every request with any financial burden at all is met with pushback, even if the request is clearly necessary. Pay raises are not given, even for employees with phenomenal reviews. It's very clear that everyone is viewed as easily replaceable. - Everyone is overworked. Long hours with no pay raises for years is the standard. - Burnout seems to happen at every level.
