      Pros

      Very structured growth and compensation plan. Fast growing company with a lot of opportunity. Lots of support from management and peers. Sense of team work and everyone is tight knit and like a family.

      Cons

      Its hard work. The hard work pays off but if you don't have a competitive mindset and put in 100% you won't be successful.

      Co-workers were great and willing to help out.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks professionalism and strategy for growth. Everything is a priority and you are over worked with no incentives. They blame you for their misdirection. Avoid this place!
