      Pros

      The autonomy I am given is something most folks dream for. I am given requirements and what needs to be done and I simply go do it. No BS, red tape or anyone telling me what to do. Lots of flexibility to do things the way I want. Love it. Payment is like clockwork on a regular schedule direct deposit. Also they use Slack.

      Nothing to complain about on my end.

      Co-workers were great and willing to help out.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks professionalism and strategy for growth. Everything is a priority and you are over worked with no incentives. They blame you for their misdirection. Avoid this place!
