Pros
It took me a while to get a good grasp on the products and services the company offers, but with time and gaining a better feel, it helped me to gain more understanding and get more in-depth of the company and its industry. My part involves in providing the right visual experiences through multiple platforms that help generate traffic, with the purpose of converting sales leads and maintaining customer retention. This is also true with resources and marketing materials we provide to assist our internal staff and outside agents. Collaborating with my fellow colleagues is tremendous, and we're able to plan and execute tasks without the overhaul of brainstorming and overthinking through ideas. All our skillsets and experiences combined allows free reign of creativity and we're all on the same pursuit on making a good brand. Colleagues and managers are friendly, but their professionalism is paramount. Company culture is excellent in my opinion and I haven't witness any levels of micro-managing from my standpoint.
Cons
The only downside I currently see is there's a need for proactive transparency on the current products and services offered. Things like "What works, what doesn't work, and if it doesn't work then what's the solution to make it work or improve". Then which department takes on the responsibility to communicate and make these improvements. Although these areas of improvement are a current work in progress, it helps my department to be on the know and keep up with what's current.
