Pros

The culture is made by people you want to learn from and grow alongside. The c-suite open door policy never fails. I know exactly which SME to go to should I hit a roadblock and I leave each day knowing I made an immediate impact. I couldn't ask for more from leadership and I can't wait for the next chapter/new building rollout!

Cons

You have to care to be successful here...not a con, but a heads up.

Cons

Leadership lacks professionalism and strategy for growth. Everything is a priority and you are over worked with no incentives. They blame you for their misdirection. Avoid this place!
