Pros

Since i joined TouchTunes, i've been continuously impressed by its culture, its dedication to create best-in-class products and most of all, the people i have the chance to work with. -Clear vision: we know where we're going, not just short term (clear 3-5 years vision) -We're setting us up for success and approaching new projects the right way: hiring the right amount of people, empowering the team to define new processes, leveraging data and user insight to inform decisions -Diversity: strong desire to be an inclusive workplace and it shows. Working alongside people with so many different background, experiences on top of socio-demographics -Surrounded by smart, hard-working and passionate people you get to learn from everyday -Exciting products, motivating projects and interesting problems to solve -Flexibility with remote/office work It is such an exciting era for the TouchTunes, with major projects on all fronts, and it is rewarding to know that we are all contributing to shape the future of the company .

Cons

TouchTunes is the best company i've worked for, but there are still room for improvements. -Salary is not bad, but could do better (especially for top talents with proven experience and high performance - external recruiters are everywhere with appealing opportunities) -There are high performance and quality standards, which is definitely not a con, but the workload can be overwhelming and it can feel like it is always crunch time -Onboarding for new hires is not the best and it is not standardized across the company. It is such a complex ecosystem , understanding the various aspects of the business take time and can also feel overwhelming

Thank you so much for this review! I am delighted that you are enjoying your time with us. I appreciate your constructive feedback. We conduct regular market reviews for compensation and provide differentiated rewards for top performers. Still, we always encourage anyone to discuss with their manager and HR if they think there is a gap. I hear you that having a high bar is great, and I agree that work needs to be a marathon, not a sprint. HR recently rolled out a new onboarding program, and I suspect you may have been one of the last new hires before that was deployed. I certainly agree the previous onboarding process was not as thorough as it could have been. Thanks, Ross, CEO

Pros

- hybrid environment - comunter benefit

Cons

- Toxic Leadership Culture: Incompetent, egotistical, and narcissistic management that fosters fear rather than collaboration. - Zero Upward Mobility: No clear career paths or growth opportunities; promotions and recognition are rare or politically driven. - Miserable Work Environment: Employees, especially those who’ve been there long-term, appear burned out, disengaged, and deeply unhappy. - Soul-Sucking Atmosphere: The energy is heavy, draining, and creatively stifling — it feels like survival, not inspiration. - Widespread Negativity: Teams spend more time gossiping, complaining, or blaming others than actually collaborating or problem-solving. - Divisive Leadership: Leadership preaches values like inclusion and teamwork but acts in the opposite way — creating silos and favoritism. - HR Complicity: HR prioritizes protecting toxic management over supporting employee well-being or addressing serious workplace issues. - Culture of Fear and Bullying: Bullies are rewarded and thrive in the environment, while kind, collaborative, and talented people often leave. - Lack of Accountability: Poor performers in leadership roles face no consequences; bad behavior is normalized. - Hypocritical “Culture” Messaging: Company values are used as PR slogans, not guiding principles — nothing authentic about the “people-first” narrative. - Rampant Discrimination: Racism, Islamophobia, and other forms of bias are openly tolerated or ignored by leadership — creating a hostile environment for anyone outside the “inner circle.” -Declining Business & Outdated Product: Revenue continues to fall because the product is irrelevant in a changing economy — especially during a recession. Leadership refuses to innovate or face reality. - Overall Dysfunction: The company is a case study in how not to run a business — a revolving door of talent, crumbling morale, and no vision for the future.
