The people who most need to be fired from are the people who for some reason seem untouchable in the company. A few bad apples are ruining the barrel, and unfortunately, the company president is one of the bad apples. The president is an inept micromanager with no concrete vision who seems determined to steer the company into the ground. People are terrified to bring any bad news to him (and there's a LOT of bad news that needs to be delivered), and so the company continues down the wrong path. Someone mentioned in a prior review that this is not a place to grow your career; this is very true. Growth opportunities are limited, and expect to compensated poorly in most positions (especially in development positions).
