Touchnet as a business unit was a great place to work but it's changing fast.

Cons

Global Payments Solutions (parent company of Touchnet) is a terribly run company that has decided to layoff staff on an semi-annual basis! Furthermore, they decided to destroy the culture of Touchnet and hence it is no longer the company it use to be.

Pros

Great managers that don't breathe down your neck to get work done. There is a reasonable flexible range of hours to work (7-3, 8-4, 9-5) and hybrid/remote schedule is a plus.

No cons so far, love working here.
