      - Very collaborative and nice culture - Lots of opportunities and interesting projects - Fast-paced, but also work life balance is a top priority - Smart, dedicated, and passionate colleagues (from the bottom up)

      As with any start-up, things can be a bit hectic at times.

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
