      Tovala is truly a company that cares about YOU. Managers that invest in your personal growth, a leadership team that is transparent, kind and thoughtful co-workers that truly enjoy being together, great perks! The list goes on. I love coming to work everyday and am inspired to be my best self at this company.

      Would enjoy having more options for wellness benefits.

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
