      The list of to-dos and priorities is long and resources are limited, so just requires disciplined focus and prioritization You have to buy your own computer but they will reimburse 50%

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
