      Pros

      Love the work culture here. Everyone is treated like they have something important to say (even the lowest on the totem pole). Additionally, I've been able to progress in my skills/career here even after a few short months.

      Cons

      Has some of the drawbacks of a startup.

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
