      Pros

      I'm consistently impressed with my colleagues and managers at this company. The people they hire are smart, capable, inspire me to grow, and even more impressively, are all kind people. You don't always get that at a young tech company! This comes about because management is thoughtful and is invested in the culture of the team, and takes hiring capable, decent people very seriously. Go Tovala!

      The work can get stressful, but it feels appropriate for a fast moving tech startup

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
