      - The team is sharp, collaborative, kind, humble and wants to win - The culture is thoughtful and transparent, and embraces a growth mindset - The product itself is game-changing, the system is an experience you can't get elsewhere

      - Ambitious goals means it can be all-consuming at times, but work/life balance is consistently highly valued.

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
