      I have worked at Tovala for over five years and am grateful every day that I have had the opportunity to be a party of this journey - collaborating with a brilliant and thoughtful team as we create a new category of connected food.

      Cons

      Start-up life has its ups and downs and can be unpredictable. You must have a growth mindset and be comfortable with some ambiguity.

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
