      Pros

      Amazing culture. Everyone seems to genuinely care about each other, and I love my teammates. The corporate HQ has been extremely flexible about working from home throughout COVID. Also, there's a lot of interaction between teams, so there are opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Progress over perfection is definitely the right attitude, but a few times we've made more progress than we can keep up with. But this is because we're a startup that's growing really quickly

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
