      Pros

      Work-life balance is great and people genuinely care about your wellbeing. As much as I am passionate about the day-to-day tasks of my job, the people at Tovala is what makes it.

      Cons

      The usual cons of a young start-up. Team/company structure is not as streamlined as other large corporations.

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
